Returns

Running Warehouse Australia always wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event the item doesn't fit or you simply change your mind no problem, all items can be returned in new condition within 60 days from the invoice date.

To be eligible for a refund, store credit or exchange:

  • All items must be returned in new unworn condition.
  • Footwear must be returned in the original box and soles must be unmarked. Please do not put any tape or stamps on the shoe box.
    • All apparel must be returned unwashed and unworn with original tags still attached.

A Returns Form can be found on the back of your invoice or download a returns form from the link below. Please fill out the returns form and put it in the box with the returning items.

Purchase a Return Shipping Label for only $12.20

Posting items back to us can sometimes be costly. A Return Shipping Label can be purchased directly from Australia Post for only $12.20.

  • Return Shipping Label will be emailed instantly to your nominated email.
  • Simply print the Return Label, place it on the box the item arrived in and take it to your local Australia Post Office.
  • Returns are shipped via Standard Australia Post.
  • All returns are posted back to our Melbourne warehouse. Depending on where you are located please allow 5-7 business days for returns to arrive back to us.
  • All Exchanges will be posted from Running Warehouse Australia back to the customer Free Of Charge.
  • Return labels can only be used within Australia.

30 Day "Love The Shoe" Return Guarantee

At Running Warehouse we are passionate about putting the right shoe on the right foot, which is why we have the best return policy in Australia. If, for any reason at all, you don't "Love The Shoe", you can send them back to us with no questions asked within 30 days of the invoice date.

Shoes can be returned new or used, within 30 days from the original invoice date.

  • Shoes returned in new, store-bought condition within 30 days of the original invoice date are eligible to receive a full refund or exchange.
  • Shoes returned in used or worn condition within 30 days of the original invoice date are eligible to receive store credit for the full value of the purchase OR can be exchanged for another item.

Please note:

  • Shipping Charges are non-refundable.
  • While we want you to be happy with your purchases, an excessive number of used returns within a twelve-month period may limit your eligibility for exchanges or store credit.

When returning an item via Australia Post, hold on to your tracking number. If you want to know if we have received your return simply check the tracking.

What’s the fastest way to exchange an item?

The best way to do any exchange is to purchase the new item directly from the web-site and request a refund for the item being returned. This way the new item will go straight out to you and a refund will be issued once we receive the return.
