Retail Assistant

We are seeking part time runners to assist with our running store like no other in Australia.
Description:
In this role you will be surround by running shoes, running apparel, running accessories and runners. A passion for running and the running community is essential to the role.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient operation of your store to achieve optimal results in sales targets, KPI.s, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock levels and wage control.
- Assist in choosing the product mix across footwear, hardgoods and apparel.
- Restocking and merchandising inventory.
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to customers.
- Greet customers, assess needs, and offer guidance.
- Meet customer needs and exceed their expectations.
Required Skills:
- 2+ years experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Experience ordering stock and managing a staff roster.
- The ability to think strategically to identify opportunities and have a proven track record in driving sales and KPI's.
- Demonstrate professionalism with customers and co-workers.
- Demonstrate ample knowledge of running products.
- Weekend availability will be required.
