Each gel supplies 22 grams of carbs per packet with 75mg of caffeine and its isotonic formula makes for easy digestion without the need for additional water. We recommend consuming the GO Energy + Caffeine Gel before or late into your long run for the most effective results, but do not take more than four gels in one day. During your runs lasting over 90 minutes, take 1 gel beforehand and another towards the end to increase mental awareness while supplementing with an electrolyte drink for complete hydration.
