Previous Feedback
Comments: I really wanted to like the vectiv infinite. I liked the rocker shape and the wide platform. However, after only a handful of miles I noticed that the plastic plate that wraps up outside of the shoe was really bothering my foot. It got to a point I had to stop running. I've never had an issue like this with a shoe and had to return it. Hopefully NF gets back to the drawing board on their next iteration.

Comments: Went down a half size as this shoe fits a little long - in my regular size there was too much room in the toebox - probably in between sizes for me. Cushioning is not bad, felt completely at home on road and dry, packed trails. Traction on rocks and such was OK. The plate or plastic wrap on the lateral edges bothered me some though, felt some pain and hoping this will disappear with another run or two. Didn't notice any positives from the PEBAX plate, just felt like any other decently cushioned trail shoe. The upper is great for keeping the water and mud at bay, it seems to stay off more than other materials and is quite water resistant. Seems to breathe fine too as shoe was not heavy after a longish run.
