Hello Runners!

We want to start off by saying thank you to all our loyal RWA customers for supporting us through these hard times of COVID-19 and we want to reassure you that we will be with you throughout. Hopefully, we can provide some fun, insightful, useful, laughable and enjoyable running content for you to binge on during these strange times.

The goal of this page is to keep you (and us) up to date with the RWA retail shops and the website. So here goes -
As of March 26th www.runningwarehouse.com.au is open for business. Shoes are being laced and orders are being posted. Things have slowed but we are still moving!

During this period staff numbers have unfortunately reduced. However, everyone is pulling together to ensure business as usual. If we do fall a little behind please bear with us.

Until further notice our running shops in Melbourne and Perth are closed.

Our website is up and running! We will continue to update the Home Page, bringing you the latest products and great technical information.

So far there hasn’t been any interruption to the website during this period. Orders can be placed with confidence knowing that what you order you will receive.

All online orders are posted from our warehouse in Melbourne. We have a great team there lead by Jerome. The warehouse is full of your favourite running gear and the team is ready to pick it, pack it and send it to you!

Australia Post is our primary courier company. They are continuing to pick orders up at 5 pm every day and we expect this to continue.

Our customer service team all have laptops and are currently doing as much work as possible from home. Please be aware the phones are not being answered however we are answering emails as quick as possible so please send all enquiries to info@runningwarehouse.com.au

All returns are being processed as normal. Please buy with confidence knowing all products fall under the same return policy as always. All return info can be found on our returns page.

Warranties - Ok these are taking a little longer. Please bear with us as we work with the brands to assess warranties.

Australia Post is doing everything they can to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Below are new delivery procedures from Aus Post -

Further, to minimise the risk of contracting or spreading coronavirus, all parcels - be it at a Post Office or at a residence - will no longer require a signature for delivery or collection. Someone will need to be present at the residence for this to occur otherwise standard delivery procedures apply.

In all cases, whether a driver or postie delivers to the door or a customer goes into their local Post Office to collect a parcel, an Australia Post staff member will ask and record the customer's name and acknowledge delivery in our system.

The customer will still need to be present for this to occur, but contact will be minimised by either leaving the parcel at the door until the driver or postie has left the premises or left for the customer to pick up on the counter.
