At Running Warehouse we are passionate about putting the right shoe on the right foot, which is why we have the best return policy in Australia. If, for any reason at all, you don't "Love The Shoe", you can send them back to us with no questions asked within 30 days.
Shoes can be returned new or used, within 30 days from the original invoice date.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: A tracking link will be emailed to you once your order has been packed.
Q: Why is my tracking link not working?
A: Tracking will become live after 6pm the day your order is posted.
Q: What happens if I am not home at the time of delivery?
A: The courier will leave your item in a safe location if you are not home. If the driver deems there to be no safe location, a "Calling Card" will be left and the parcel will be taken to the nearest Post Office.
Q: Do you post to PO Boxes / Parcel Post Lockers?
A: Yes we do.
Q: Oops! I accidentally placed my order with the incorrect shipping address. What should I do?
A: Please call us and we'll update your address. If its more then a few hours passed since your order, chances are good our awesome warehouse staff have already packed and posted your order! In either case, please give us a call for further assistance so that we can get your order to you.
Q: How do I return an item?

Q: When do you charge my credit card?
A: Our payment gateway will attempt to charge your nominated credit card at the confirmation point of your order.
Q. Which courier companies do you use?
A: We use a combination of Australia Post and Startrack. We will chose the courier company based on your delivery timeframe and location.
