Photographer & Content Creator (Westmeadows)

(Melbourne)

We are looking for a talented Photographer & Content Creator to join our team 2.3 days per week, specialising in tennis and running products. This role involves studio and e-commerce photography, photo editing/retouching, and social media content creation, including Instagram Reels. You will also be responsible for managing the imaging studio and maintaining photography equipment to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow. The role is based out of our warehouse in Westmeadows, VIC.

Typical Duties:

  • Capture studio e-commerce photography for tennis and running apparel, footwear, and equipment.
  • Create and edit engaging content for social media, including Instagram Reels and promotional videos.
  • Edit and retouch images to maintain brand consistency and quality standards.
  • Work with Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, and CapCut for post-production and content editing.
  • Manage the imaging studio and maintain photography equipment to ensure everything is in optimal condition.
  • Collaborate with interstate and international teams to develop creative assets for digital platforms.
  • Ensure efficient workflow and file management for digital assets.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in studio and e-commerce photography (preferably in sports, apparel, or footwear):
  • Strong understanding of studio lighting techniques and equipment.
  • Proficiency in photo retouching and editing using Adobe Photoshop & Capture One.
  • Working knowledge in Adobe Creative Cloud (Lightroom / Photoshop).
  • Experience in creating short-form video content for social media using CapCut or similar platforms.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and agile environment.
