Throw Shoes
Throwing shoes are designed for the Shot Put, Discus, Hammer Throw or Javelin. Shoes designed for the Shot Put, Discus and Hammer throw are available in textured or smooth outsoles. Textured outsoles are better for wet rings or beginners while smooth outsoles are best for dry rings and more advanced throwers. Javelin Shoes feature built-in spikes and added ankle support to provide maximum power when throwing the javelin.
