Rick has always been drawn to the trails. Growing up in Youngstown, Ohio, in the '70s, he ran daily through Mill Creek Park and that with the appreciation of the outdoors has stayed with him ever since. While he enjoys trying the latest running shoes and gear, running is ultimately about staying healthy, clearing his mind and taking in the scenery.
