Although there are more feature-rich tops out there, Janji's simple design is refreshing, and when it comes to performance on the run, the Helio Tech Tee does not disappoint."

Fit & Comfort

Kaleb: "The Helio Tech Tee is soft, but what drives the comfort of this shirt is its lightweight breathability. I have tested softer shirts, which I prefer over the Helio when I'm coaching or at work, but when it comes to running, this shirt excelled at keeping me cool, dry, and comfortable. I will note that the cut of this shirt wasn't exactly ideal for my body type, which caused minor irritation around the armpits, but this was minimal and did not affect my overall experience."

Quality & Value

Kaleb: "The 3D-knit, 100%-polyester fabric is definitely high quality, providing a light feel that wicks away sweat easily. I also appreciate a shirt that helps with odor control, so that is a bonus! I think the price is fairly consistent with the market, but other brands fit my body better (such as the rabbit EZ Tee) and are a bit softer on the skin."

The Helio Tech Tee was enjoyable to run in and definitely met expectations while testing. The shirt was very lightweight and technical, excelling in hot weather and wicking away sweat from my body, which is very important for me when selecting apparel. I sweat a lot, and if a shirt does not help keep me dry, I will not wear it again. The cut was a little unique for my body, and the men's medium was not an ideal fit, though the irritation I experienced was minimal and didn't interfere with my run (I just wouldn't "live" in this shirt). There are softer, more casual "work-to-run" shirts that I typically lean toward, but overall I was very happy with my time testing the Helio Tech Tee.
